A patient can explicitly be found by entering any parameter or parameter part, such as just one part of his first or last name, record number, address or phone number.
All data is available on a single screen, i.e. all transaction on one screen using the drag & drop function.
After the initial basic data entry of a patient, a medical examination screen will be opened automatically by each of his next visits.
In addition to the usual schedule, which is available in a printable form to the nurse or secretary, the program also offers a “tree view”, which shows the time and department of patient’s appointment.
The scheduler allows an easy view of all patient appointments per department, showing the doctors’ and patients’ names. The scheduler leads directly to the patient’s record and medical history. The weekly overview can easily be scrolled per day.

Depending on the priority level, a doctor can be authorized to view beside his patients, also other doctors’ patients.
A doctor receives his appointments along with the patient’s lab results on his screen sent by a nurse. After the examination, the patient is sent for payment by a simple mouse click.
The software imports records from CT, MR, ultrasound, dental and eye cameras. An image or record is directly connected to a selected examination and is located in the data base along with other data and examinations of a patient. Due to special compression it will not strain the capacity of the data base.
The doctor has the opportunity to choose between a general or parameterized medical report creation. Linked to both finding forms, the doctor has the possibility to create his own templates.

Findings can be imported/exported from Word/PDF documents, using different fonts, charts, colors and sizes, having the possibility of inserting and processing images.
Lab analysis for the referred patient can be entered under a group or single.
All the lab assistant has to do is to enter the results, due to all lab examination requests of a patient
were automatically sent to him. This kind of operation saves time and makes program handling easy.

Medical examinations and other services are summed up and the expanses subtracted within a selected period of time. There is also an option to cancel the overview with one click in the menu, but only for authorized users.
Moreover, it is possible to calculate the profit per department, e.g. the profit of the gastroenterology department, as well as to view frequency charts of certain diagnoses within a selected period.
There are cloud solutions for medical offices, clinics and hospitals.
All you need is a good internet connection and bypass the eventual ‘sluggishness’ of your local network.
The software explicitly communicates with the database on the Cloud without using web browsers and web servers.
This allows real-time internet, which means that all program forms of data processing are working at the same time on a send / receive base, whereby all conformity, functionality, reliability and aesthetics of the visual-objective user-friendly programming environment have been retained.
